Welcome to Marjorum Village Hall - where Community and Activities come together!

Marjorum Village Hall is a vibrant venue in Gosberton Risegate, offering a welcoming space for locals to connect, engage in activities, and strengthen community bonds.

Originally a free school founded in 1681 by Robert Marjoram to serve local inhabitants of Risegate, the site fell into disrepair in 1872. The current building was erected in 1876 and remained a school until it became the current village hall in the early 1950s.

You can now experience a place filled with laughter, creativity and connect with the rest of the village. Join us for a variety of activities and events that cater to all ages and interests, from handicraft to tea and cake, table tennis to line dancing or Bingo nights -  there is something here for everyone!

If you would like to use the hall for a private function please click on the Event Venue section, or simply explore the regular events and clubs below or by searching on the menu bar above.
